About Monash University Malaysia (MUM) Research Infrastructure and School- based Core Facilites 

MUM Research Infrastructure and School Core Facilities are an incredible resource available to our MUM research community, collaborators and industry partners, both locally and around the world. We provide access to specialised equipment, facilities, services and technical expertise needed to support your research and innovation.

Our research capabilities are delivered through two complementary streams:

School research equipment, laboratories and specialised capabilities operated by individual Schools and made available to researchers according to the relevant School's access requirements.

iLab provides a centralised platform through which users can discover and access participating research infrastructure and school-based core facilities, including equipment, research services, bookings and related support.

MUM STAFF & STUDENTS

MUM staff and students can log in using their Monash credentials.

External academic researchers and commercial users are welcome to register for an iLab account and request available research services.

Acknowledgment of MUM Research Infrastructure 

The impact and contribution of Monash Malaysia Research Infrastructure are important to recognise and quantify. We strongly encourage researchers to acknowledge the relevant Monash research platform, core facility or infrastructure used in their research in any publications or research outputs arising from the study.
