About us:
The Nano-Analytical Platform (NAP) was established to promote research excellence for nanoscale analysis by supporting a wide variety of multidisciplinary and cutting-edge research. Equipped with six state-of-the art analytical equipment, we provide nanoscale analysis services for industries, research institutions and universities.

Equipment:

• Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). Hitachi SU8010 equipped with EDX, Oxford-Horiba Inca XMax50
• Variable Pressure Scanning Electron Microscope (VPSEM). Hitachi S3400N-II
• X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Bruker D8 Discover.
• High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope (HRTEM). FEI Tecnai G2 20 S-Twin equipped with EDX, X-Max65T
• Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Bruker Multimode 8 with ScanAsyst
• Raman-PL Spectroscopy. Horiba JY LabRam HR Evolution

Services:

• Sample coating using gold or platinum for FESEM and VPSEM 
• Copper grid, 300 mesh formvar carbon coated.
